Through the years Alan’s experience and reputation has seen him involved in many projects through which he has establish many long term relationships with clients. Alan’s knowledge, experience and “hands-on” skills are invaluable to each project involving model building.

Established in Sydney’s upper North Shore since the 1990’s, we specialise in the production of architectural models.

Akitek Physical Models is one of the few firms to have models constructed in-house with integrity and a consistent and proven track record of accuracy and knowledge of the client’s requirements.
Akitek Physical Models is managed by Alan, whom has a background in architecture, and has worked in the industry for almost thirty years. Akitek’s clients include property developers, architects/designers, and real estate agents.

Whether a DA model or a presentation type model, the aim is always to communicate and translate our clients’ vision in to a tangible representation of the project.
